Spoke as ViralArc.ai's CTO to a room of fellow startup founders. I made the case that user-generated content is now the cheapest dependable acquisition channel for early-stage teams in Taiwan — with Cluely's UGC wave as the worked example — then turned to what agentic marketing automates next.

Mentor at Global Initiatives Symposium

I was invited as a panel mentor in the topic “Technology in Educational Inequality” at the Global Initiatives Symposium in Taiwan. I led discussions and mentored different panel groups as they worked on projects involving innovative ed-tech solutions. Based on my past experiences in founding educational platforms in Taiwan, I shared many intricate details about ed-tech product design, implementation, and feedback cycles.

Gave a presentation on the topic of Products and Social Changes at the National Tsing Hua University in Hsinchu. Since the students were mostly freshmen, I worked with the TA to design class session that focus on kickstarting ideas and iterating through initial versions to eventually land at something that is self-sustaining and brings value.

Gave a presentation on the topic of Software, Startups, Data, and Law at the Soochow University School of Law. I shared about my recent experiences in building a job-review platform, how it is related to the laws, and how I nagivate potential legal issues using data. I also shared about how I use AI to do engineer software, and gave a live demo that went from prompting to deployment in 3 minutes.
