In Active Development

These are my current projects. Way too busy vibe-coding every day.

AI marketing platform, 30k+ users

An agentic social media marketing platform — an operating system for the next generation of digital creators. I co-founded it and lead engineering as CTO. Where it stands:

  • Grew to 30k+ users and roughly US$200k in annual recurring revenue.
  • Drove 20k+ signups and US$50k in revenue within the first 100 days, partnering with 60+ influencers.
  • Secured compute credits from NVIDIA, GCP, and Y Combinator, and a place in the NVIDIA Inception programme.
  • Signed our first listed-company enterprise client.

Somewhere Out There

I founded, cofounded, or built these, but either I have passed them onto others' hands, or they have been completed fully.

Careers platform, NT$1.2M secured

A careers platform bridging employers and early-career job seekers in Taiwan. I co-founded it and led engineering, building the search, forum, and identity systems end to end. What it went on to do:

  • Secured NT$1.2 million in backing from Taiwan's Ministry of Education and Hotai Motor, plus US$40k+ in pre-seed funding.
  • Won startup competitions and earned press coverage across multiple outlets.
  • Onboarded B2B employer users and grew to 500+ signups and 100+ user posts within 3 months.

200+ in waitlist in 3 weeks

Taiwanese people don't use Glassdoor, and there's no good alternative. I found nowhere to share and view job reviews. I tried hard on marketing and idea validation. In the first few weeks:

  • Posts about this platform got 200k+ views on Threads, and 100+ comments saying they need this.
  • Gained 200+ in waitlist, and compiled 100+ company reviews, with consistent growth since then.
  • Compiled and indexed 580k+ company entries in Taiwan.

Right now, I am working to market and expand it, trying to hit the network effect sweet spot.

A community project-showcase landing page with an interactive game and a content management portal. The static page itself is designed by Sean Liao, and I added database integration and a content management portal to it. This is a part of my friend group's community project over the pandemic.
